Born and raised in Florida, Sarah graduated from University of West Florida in 1999 and moved to Tampa in 2002. Sarah has been working in public accounting since graduating and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2002. She started her career in the traditional tax and audit fields before transitioning to litigation support services in 2005. She also became a Certified Valuation Analyst and trained in Collaborative Divorce in 2011.
Sarah has significant experience in forensic accounting, family law, collaborative divorce, and business valuation engagements. Sarah has been qualified as an expert witness for litigation support in Pinellas County and Hillsborough County. She attends the annual Marital and Family Law Review Course sponsored by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a monthly study group on case law presented in the Florida Law Weekly.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, Next Generation Divorce, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also a public member of the Thirteenth Circuit Grievance Committee “C”, current Membership Director for Next Generation Divorce and past Treasurer of Next Generation Divorce.
Sarah and Lisa founded the firm in April 2017 with the mission to provide expert services to clients on a customized, affordable basis.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelors degree with an emphasis in marketing. After becoming interested in accounting, she earned her second Bachelors degree from the University of South Florida with an emphasis in accounting. Lisa has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2006. She started her career in the litigation support area and continues to thrive in this field. She has since become a Certified Valuation Analyst and Certified Fraud Examiner. Lisa is also trained in and continues to expand her expertise in Collaborative Divorce.
Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of CPAs (CFF) and has been a forensic accountant for over 20 years. Lisa specializes in forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation and collaborative dispute resolution. Lisa has been qualified as an expert witness for litigation support in Hillsborough County and Pinellas County. Previously, Lisa was a litigation manager with Lewis, Birch & Ricardo, LLC where she played a significant role in the development of the firm’s litigation support services practice.
Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, International Academy of Collaborative Professions, Next Generation Divorce and Tampa Bay Association of Collaborative Professionals. She is also a member and President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Tampa Bay Chapter.
Lisa is the co-founding member of Hoerber Tillman & Company and brings over 20 years of experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, and litigation support services to the firm.
